Returns
suki® wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. sukiskincare.com will only accept returns on items purchased through this website & with a receipt & order number. to return or exchange a purchase please call or email customer service at customerservice@sukiskincare.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase & the product must be 3/4 full. we are unable to accept used skin & bodycare products after that period. we will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. we only offer product credit on returns, no refunds. beyond 30 days & with prior arrangement from management, we may allow exchanges only. products bought at other locations than sukiskincare.com or directly from Suki, LLC. must be returned there. we cannot accept returns from other locations.
