Great for arid climates and skin conditions
I find this balm works amazingly well for dry skin and specific issues, such as ezcema. This has been the go-to for my entire household (which includes my child when she was a baby and toddler) when a severe dry skin emergency has come up and it has always helped. I discovered the essential oil free version when I had a strange and somewhat severe dermatitis due to an allergic reaction...on my entire face. At the time, I couldn’t use anything but water for cleansing and this ultra-protect balm to moisturise. This balm got me through the episode and felt like an overall skin saver. It worked so well that I use a small amount every morning and night as a top off for my daily skin care regimen. I live in the desert southwest and cannot imagine what condition my skin would be in if I didn’t have this product. Because this is the is essential oil free option, one needs to warm it in their hands a bit more than the original version, but I find the benefits outweigh any extra work I need to do for application. I would definitely recommend this product for any dry skin conditions or in arid climates.
