Wet hands & massage a small amount to the face, focusing on areas that need deeper exfoliation. For less intense exfoliation, add more water & massage between palms before applying to face. Make sure lid is screwed on tightly after use to avoid dry out.

Again this product is great with clean ingredients and really cleans the skin but if you’re acne prone and dry at the same time like me you can only use this once per week or else it will strip you if used more than once per week.

You need very little, it spreads well. It isn't harsh at all. As I'm rinsing it off I can feel a noticeable difference in how my skin feels more that I ever have with any other exfoliating anything I've tried. SO worth the price.
