returns & exchanges suki® wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. sukiskincare.com will only accept returns on items purchased through this website & with a receipt & order number. to return or exchange a purchase please call or email customer service at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. we are unable to accept used skin & bodycare products after that period. we will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. beyond 30 days & with prior arrangement from management, we may allow exchanges only. products bought at other locations than sukiskincare.com or direct with suki, inc. must be returned there. we cannot accept returns from other locations.
